- I provided user experience design leadership to AOL’s Women’s Programming and Lifestyle suite of websites, including more than 20 high performing websites, attracting more than 20 million unique visitors a month.
- Working closely with business management to define product requirements, I helped set vision and direction for our products by conducting user research, usability testing, and by analyzing usage patterns to target user needs and expectations.
- I then translated this research into user personas, functional requirements, task flows, site architectures, taxonomies, wireframes, and prototypes.

- I designed rich user experiences, including information architecture, interface design, and visual design. I built sites using XHTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP. I consulted organizations on the integration of social media and creating audio and video podcasts.
